Should events force the cancelation of Shadowcon due to Federal, State, or Local Health concerns we will announce it and give pre registered members the opinion of either rolling their admission over to 2025 or request a refund.  Shadowcon reserves the right to set deadlines for refunds or rollovers to the following year.
